Video-centric ad product within the Youtube Ads ecosystem

Role: Management of high-touch social media influencer marketing campaigns for Youtube BrandConnect. Reporting to Team Lead.

  • Lead ambiguous and complex cross-functional campaigns end-to-end with internal and external clients.

  • Provided day-to-day campaign direction and oversight, managing Google PMM & agency/creators, and problem-solving through the execution process of sponsored top creator/high-profile talent content on Youtube and Instagram. 

 

Results:

  • Managed $4.8M in spend across campaigns and managed 12x campaigns concurrently in one year. Executed 14 campaigns and a total of 60 creators in the first 6 months. 

  • A selected campaign targeting Gen Z drove 30.3% lift in awareness among 3M unique viewers.

  • I executed BrandConnect’s first-ever sponsored Youtube Shorts campaign with Google Pixel.

Influencer Marketing, Hourglass Cosmetics

Small high-growth company within Unilever’s start up arm

Role: Global influencer strategy & execution and Social-first product marketing. Reporting to Director, Social.

  • Defined the strategy and execution of the influencer program, reaching brand growth and business goals within budget in a fast-paced, ambiguous and dynamic environment.

  • Generated integrated product launch campaign by evolving the social strategy to highlight owned social within the broader marketing mix. Spearheaded conception & execution of projects, inclusive of the development of launch strategy, social, PR, events, international agency management, and paid media.

  • Owned and project-managed paid & earned social campaigns from negotiations to execution for brand and product campaigns. Created brand ambassadors program with 10x high-profile, diverse talent.

Results:

  • Delivered 15M+ impressions quarterly. Data-driven insights and actions increased brand impressions by +300% YoY via product & brand campaigns.

  • Developed data-based performance metrics and reporting for influencer campaigns.

  • Managed organic relationships for a database of 10K+ global influencers.  Created the brand's first ambassador program with 10x high-profile, diverse talent.

  • Launched and sustained the brand's TikTok presence.

Beauty company owned by LVMH

Role: Digital brand and product marketing with an emphasis on global social media and scaling programs.  Reporting to Associate Director.

  • Executed an on-site content production factory to create, iterate, and test breakthrough always-on social-first content

  • Owned and guided full-cycle campaign planning, content matrix, toolkit productions, and local execution for all category product launches and brand moments. Tailored content for each platform and activated multicultural campaigns on owned and paid Facebook, Instagram, Email, e-tailers, and Web. 

  • Responsible for scaling the global digital program in the Latin America region. Partnered cross-functionally with local teams as global/central team member for digital product and brand activations for Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. Analyzed data and made informed optimizations for the market’s social channels.

 

Results:

  • Released 5 monthly packages of 50+ assets each for 2 years.

  • Managed market (Mexico) ranked #1 on the global market digital scorecard.

  • Boosted Instagram engagement by 115% over 12 months and earned mentions on Youtube by 26%.

  • Part of the task force that ideated Benefit’s GameFace campaign with global gaming creators on Twitch.

  • Hired on full-time after 3 month internship.
